After a deep research in Senegal, Ben has developed an innovative drumming style that creates a massive sound of an entire tribe of drummers, using a custom hybrid drum set he built from Senegalese and modern drums. Completing the band’s sound is Lior Romano on Bass and Keyboards, known as the groove master behind Ester Rada and The Hoodna Orchestra.
Somewhere deep in the Blue desert, lives the Swallahi tribe. This nomadic tribe lives and migrates from the Sahara desert to the Arabian desert, all the way to India through Ethiopia. For the first time, Yossi will reveal the WALLAHI music from the blue desert. The music derives its inspiration from Afro-Arab parties and weddings, Dabke’s and traditional ceremonies, desert Blues and Universal grooves. The repetitive hypnotic melodies, burning rhythms and endless virtuosity takes the crowd into the deep dunes and oasis of the Blue Desert.
